Emergency Medical Services Week Proclamation

Today, the City Commission and staff presented HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital and local EMS personnel with a proclamation designating the week of May 17-23, 2026 as Emergency Medical Services Week (EMS Week).

This proclamation recognizes the vital public service provided by emergency medical services personnel and honors the dedication of the first responders, EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, firefighters, nurses, physicians, law enforcement officers, and healthcare professionals who deliver lifesaving care to our community 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
